Traffic camera violations carry a civil penalty which is a monetary fine. You will have no conviction and no points on your driving record.  

Any filings should be with the Clerk of Court for the Willoughby Municipal Court. 

To pay your ticket, please refer to your traffic citations top right corner. Any traffic citation designated as “SCHOOL ZONE OR POLE MOUNTED AUTOMATED CITATION” must be paid through Willoughby Municipal Court. If your citation is designated “HANDHELD AUTOMATED CITATION” : Handheld automated citation fines are not accepted by Willoughby Municipal Court.
