Traffic camera violations carry a civil penalty which is a monetary fine. You will have no conviction and no points on your driving record. Currently only one Agency in the Court District issues traffic camera violations, the City of Willoughby Hills.
Any filings should be with the Clerk of Court for the Willoughby Municipal Court.
To pay your ticket, please refer to your traffic citations top right corner. Any traffic citation designated as “SCHOOL ZONE AUTOMATED CITATION” must be paid through Willoughby Municipal Court. If your citation is designated “HANDHELD AUTOMATED CITATION” : Handheld automated citation fines are not accepted by Willoughby Municipal Court.
For citations issued beginning January 8, 2026 and your citation number starts with WIL, the payment information will change. If your citation was issued before January 8, 2026, and your citation number does not start with WIL, **SEE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE**
