Vehicle Immobilizations

Vehicles that have been ordered immobilized must remain within the Court's jurisdiction. If you do not live within our jurisdiction you may have your vehicle immobilized at a friend or relative's house, or at a storage facility within our jurisdiction. Arrangements may be made through the bailiff's office.

When you are nearing the end of your immobilization period, please make sure your vehicle is unlocked as the bailiff will be out during the last week of the immobilization period to remove the club. Please call the bailiff's office at 440-953-4164 if you have any questions.
